I-Paye

I-PAYE Limited (AKA I-PAYE) is a multi-jurisdiction Employment Management Company (Umbrella) that provides UK and other EEA Nationals with Compliant Payment and Employment Solutions in a number of European Countries.

Established in April 2005 compliance has always been at the core of what we offer recruitment agencies and our employee contractors. Based in the Northwest of England we are pleased to confirm that we have no subsidiary, group member or offices outside the United Kingdom.

Working in the United Kingdom
Our Umbrella Company was reviewed by HMRC and received notice that they had completed their enquiries with no liability on 24 July 2012.  The HMRC Officer states: “Having regard for the substantial delays in progressing the case alongside the previous statement, and taking account of the risk involved to the Exchequer, I would advise that I do not intend to prolong my review any further and that the Employer Compliance Review is now concluded without liability.”

The review covered:
  • A review of our over-arching employment contract; and
  • How we account for our margin; and
  • How we police the likelihood and intention of workers; and
  • How we monitor the 24 month rule; and
  • That we speak to all potential recruits; and
  • That we explain our services; and
  • How we account for Employers National Insurance; and
  • That we hold relevant identification for each employee.

Whilst we never had any doubts over our compliance, it’s always nice to hear it from the horse’s mouth.

The business has two working Directors both of who are from a big four back ground.

Directors
